MIELE has a new and powerful series of induction cooktops.
The KM 6000 series induction cooktops have a timeless, elegant design and extremely short heat up times. Exact power regulation is possible with clearly laid out, intuitive controls rear-printed on the smooth ceramic glass surface of the stove. The controls are backlit when the unit is switched on.
DirectSelection and DirectSelection Plus controls, exclusive to Miele, are a series of numbers programed to specific temperatures which allow a specific cooking zone to be set at a specific temperature. The designated cooking zones are also fitted with Miele’s exclusive TwinBooster function.
Miele also offers a convenient Stop and Go function that, when activated, reduces the power level to the lowest setting for all active zones. This allows users to leave the kitchen quickly for brief periods, for example, to answer the door – safe and sure that their meal is simmering and not boiling over.
As an extra safety precaution, the cooktop has pre-programmed maximum operating times and will switch itself off automatically if this duration is exceeded. The cooktop can also be disabled by simply pressing the lock symbol while in use. This safety lock prevents any unwanted changes to settings and can also be activated when the cooktop is not in use to prevent children from operating it.
